Create server stub generation for laravel

As a laravel developer I would like to have the server stub being generated from my swagger documentation.

Command line used for generation

./run-in-docker.sh generate -t modules/swagger-codegen/src/main/resources/php-laravel -i modules/swagger-codegen/src/test/resources/2_0/petstore.yaml -l php-laravel -o out/server/petstore/php-laravel

Suggest a fix/enhancement

I started the development already and will create a separate branch within a fork for a later pull request. Everybody is welcome to help me writing the test and get it accepted. Feedback is welcome all the time.
