Controls to expand/collapse YAML and HTML in sync #28

Consider adding controls that collapse the YAML down to the "method" and to also collapse the html pane down to the collapsed view. This is like a toggle of detailed vs simple.

Example:
phonics_and_migrate_your_current_vps__linode__rackspace__aws_ec2__to_digitalocean___digitalocean

This would make the existing html controls redundant. Consider removing from the template or hiding them with CSS?
