Add source map of css file to swagger-ui-react

Description

The swagger-ui-react package includes the swagger-ui.css styles file, which references the swagger-ui.css.map source map file that is already generated, but not included in the final npm package.

Motivation and Context

This is inconsistent and causes error in our vite.js based tooling.
