In case that resource fetching failed -> cluster issues, wrong lb etc and BE resource return 400+ code FE is showing loading forever. (Browser must be refreshed)

Steps to reproduce the issue:

  1. Simulate 400+ error on e.g. service info
  2. Click service info

What happens:

Loading forever

What should happen:

Error message & loading stop

Additional information (e.g. docker version, cluster setup,...):
