swaybg is reporting that #000000 is an invalid color.

2019-01-17 23:21:44 - [swaybg/main.c:66] "#000000" is not a valid color for swaybg. Color should be specified as #rrggbb (no alpha).

@emersion Biscected back to fe3f488.

emersion added a commit to emersion/sway that referenced this issue Jan 18, 2019
swaybg used to be invoked with sh, which made escaping necessary. This is no
longer necessary.

Fixes swaywm#3456
