Change layout toggle to default on horizontal split #966

After issuing 'layout toggle split' command from tabbed/stacked layout, layout should have been horizontally split.

This minor patch turns around an if-clause, which makes
layout toggledefault to horizontal instead of vertical split, which can be observed when issuing the command on a tabbed or stacked container.
