bundler: Fix issues

swc_bundler:

• Bundler rework
• Bundling a script which imports ReactDOM throws "react_js_2 is undefined" error on web browsers denoland/deno#6802
• Reexports are not transitive deps. (deno bundle in 1.5.1 not bundling all exported types/functions denoland/deno#8246)
• Dependencies of module with circular dependency. (Uncaught TypeError when running bundle created with Deno 1.5.2 denoland/deno#8302)
• Order of injection between import vs export (Uncaught TypeError when running bundle created with Deno 1.5.2 denoland/deno#8302)
• export * in wrapped modules (Bundle panic: not implemented: export * from 'foo' inside a module loaded with computed key denoland/deno#8308, Uncaught ReferenceError when running bundle created with Deno 1.5.x denoland/deno#8399)
• export { a as b } in wrapped modules.
• error: Uncaught ReferenceError in bundle created with Deno 1.5.2 denoland/deno#8314
• bug: bundle of the bundle doesn't respect exported default function denoland/deno#8325
• Bundle: Skypack Module Error denoland/deno#8344
• Make deno test verify exported names.
• Handle export * from './foo'
  Related to deno_8188, deno_8246.
• Remove debug utilities.

swc_ecma_parser:

• Don't panic on private name in interface (Closes Swc panics when private names are used as method signature names #1211)

swc_ecma_transforms:

• dce: Prevent infinite loop
• Faster constant propagation pass.

I found some fundamental design flaw of bundlers which prevents fixing the issues, so I'm working to change it fundamentally.
