Event submissions - a disabled feature

@maneesha a while ago you requested to disable workshop submissions (the third option of telling admins about a workshop, after workshop requests and DC self-organized workshop requests). Do you want this feature completely removed?

@pbanaszkiewicz Sorry about the delay in responding. We are in the middle of replacing all three workshop request forms with one standardized form. I should have that ready in the next week or two, so let's hold off on changing anything until then.

@maneesha that's unfortunate, because I worked on unifying AMY behavior on workshop requests, workshop submissions and DC self-organized workshop requests. It's still valuable, at least until new standardized form is implemented.
