	Genetic Algorithm simulator written in C++ by Patrick Elam and Alex Chaloux.
Files:
	lab5.cc: Simulator written in C++.
	run.cc: Script used to call the simulator on each configuration and properly sort the output files.
	gen_config.cc: Script used to generate configuration files for the first problem to be fed into the simulator.
	gen_config2.cc: Script used to generate configuration files for the second problem to be fed into the simulator.
