Ok, fix this without a lot of work and without sticking to the current design (i.e. use bootstrap base design). As long as this means all accessibility issues go away... |

This issue implies some changes in the markup and would cause issues if someone updates from an older version. I fixed it and planned it in 2.2.0, to indicate that there's no backwards compatibility. I hope it's alright for you. Still to do:
