Raise minimum WordPress version to 6.6 in the process.

  • Turn the @mexp/edit-post package into @mexp/editor and make it work for both the site editor and the post editor.

- Renames `edit-post` package to `editor`, see #553
- Improves upload progress indicator in all the editors
- Ensures cross-origin isolation works in all the editors
