C++的话，应该是用VC了吧

phpx本身是cmake编译的，扩展开发可以参考windows.php.net官网。

建议使用Linux环境开发。

在vs2017下成功编译出来了php7.2扩展,完全可以使用,就是api手册不详细,想写一个扩展能用的很难,需要c++基础
