Browser Mode

It would be cool if mdcat had a "Browser Mode" where you could e.g. Tab through (relative) links, and have them open in mdcat.

I'm looking at a tool for this for enola-dev/enola#112.

I was wondering if the existing links support could somehow be made to work like this... but I don't quite see how.

I'll not implement this. I'm sorry but this feature would require a major refactoring, or perhaps even reimplementation, on top of e.g. curses to support interaction, and that's something I have neither interest in nor time for.

Do feel free to fork the code and implement this. If it turns out to be simple, straightforward and maintainable, we could consider merging.
