This is part of #12

When #13 has been resolved, set up tornado webserver.

For testing, we may use heroku like we did in the last demo. Any thought?

I think it would be better to test on local. We can use Heroku for deploying our frontend server.

TODO: build a in-app message queue for subscribing/publishing messages.
