Include license file in source distribution #25

I'm not sure why, but v2.3.0 had the license file in the source distribution but 2.3.1 doesn't. I've added the license file to the MANIFEST.in to make sure it's included in future releases.

Hmm, strange. I did change the Python version when building to 3.6, because it now defaults to 3.10 when 3.x is specified. 3.10 has some Windows support issues. Not sure if that's the reason, or that something changed in setuptools.

Anyway, thanks for noticing :)
