Usability of GMP Example

The current GMP example that utilizes the SDK is of little utility as most real use cases require smart contract access to the GMP handler. Therefore we should:

• Rethink if we remove the currrent GMP example
• Replace/Add an example adapter repository plus documentation that shows how to utilize the GMP handler
• Upcoming applications that utilize GMP could also be used to showcase how it's being used
