Org-mode load too slow and 'org-clock-line-re' void

I'm using Ubuntu 15.10, and recently, we've bee using spacemacs facing a problem that when I trying
to use emacs open a org file, my computer takes too long before I can input something.
Another thing I met is when I trying to follow Bernt Hansen's configuration on org-mode mentioned in
http://doc.norang.ca/org-mode.html, 'TAB' key seems useless in emacs. I've also tried et2010's org-config layer based on Bernt Hansen's article. However, some thing happened again. In buffer's window there shows 'Symbol's value as variable is void: org-clock-line-re'.
Could anyone help?

Is the org file big? The first problem you described might have to do with line numbers.

@Andre0991 Even if I trying to write down a new org file, emacs stucks. I reinstall spacemacs and only enable org layer, everything is ok. I've enabled layers like java javascript python latex, I'm not sure which layer caused such problem.

Normal start emacs is ok. However once I've enter org-mode, emacs stuck for a long time. I'm not sure why this happen, can u help？

Having the same issue here. Not every time. On ubuntu 16.04.01 lts

Same here. Switching to org-mode file (even if it was already opened, in other words, switching to already existing buffer) sometimes takes a lot of time, like ~5-10 seconds of completely irresponsible emacs.

Win 10, emacs 25.2.1, org 9.0.7, spacemacs 0.200.9
