Failure during batch install: evil must be installed first.

Please see build-spacemacs.sh for an example. Unless I explicitly install the evil package prior to running spacemacs's init.el, installation in batch mode falls over, complaining that some evil function or variable is undefined.

Otherwise, this is working great as a way to dockerize spacemacs.
