still cant install ubuntu 14.04 #23

i tried every possibility to install redshift but no luck.
i get this error every time:
"error: command 'gcc' failed with exit status 1

Fatal error: local() encountered an error (return code 1) while executing 'python setup.py build_ext --inplace'
"

i guess problem is with cython,
