Currently, bin/list-all is hand-written (based on the official site's release archive).
This needs to be fixed so that I don't have to fix that file every time a new version comes out.

Done. Needs fix for the workaround against unknown failure due to empty list-all in Mac (on my Mac I get stuff for list-all, but not working on Travis...), which I will file another issue.
