The "Insert images" pane opens too close to the edge of the browser window

The close (X) button is cut off and not easy to click

You can drag this pane around the window.

ideally the dialog would be hidden or minimized during the move operation and reopened when the image is dropped. this would be something to do in https://github.com/bergie/hallo
