[Console] Required options

Command is executed even if all required options are not set.
I would expect same behaviour as with required arguments - command will not be excecuted if some of required options are missing and missing required options will be printed in console.

[stof]

options are never required (by definition, options are optional). What can be required is passing a value for the option when you use the option
