At least with Sympa 6.2.25b.3, source tarball generated by make dist may not need gettext package. configure script checks existence of gettext tools (msgfmt etc.), however they are not used during make, make check and make install.

So I propose removing "GNU gettext" from "Requirements" in manual/install/install-sympa-distribution-source.md.
