There are a few places where bug #### is used to refer to an issue in the old issue tracking system. Those should be updated to the new numbers (e.g. bug #3364 in rootoftools -> issue 6463).

Or maybe it should be issue #6463 ? If not, then there are a few places where the # is used where it could be removed.

also, we have test_bug1234-type functions and pattern like bug 1234
