Example possible Affymetrix templates in beta.flymine.org

Affymetrix probeset --> Gene
Gene [D. melanogaster] --> Affymetrix probe
Tissue [D. melanogaster] --> FlyAtlas data

Affymetrix E coli annotations data is at [1]. Unfortunately, the README refers to license terms that don't allow external redistribution [2].
