Suggestion: New shortcuts for zooming

Following on from discussions in #1005 can Synfig adopt some of Inkscape's keyboard controls for setting different types of zoom levels? https://wiki.synfig.org/Keyboard_Shortcuts Specifically:

1 | zoom 1:1
2 | zoom 1:2
3 | zoom to selection
4 | zoom to drawing
5 | zoom to page
6 | zoom to page width

@hellocatfood layer-specific zoom features aren't implemented yet... I'd love to know why you closed this.

Anyway, I reckon someone would want to work on this feature in the future.
