Running the list command, results in the Expires column always empty even when there is an active session.

 - list command now sorts roles
 - list command now correctly reports time until role cache expires
 - Role cache is now useful.  Only hit AWS SSO when necessary.

 - flush command also flushes STS token expire times from cache
