QD run and analysis capabilities used for Sound Innovation Engine 1.0 experiments.

This release also includes refactoring to handle rendering and evaluation handoff to separate instances (currently implemented in other sibling projects) via web sockets, along with gRPC requests to a genome variation service (currently hosted with this project).
