At every parser document there is a text like:
If you find a message that the <parsername> cannot properly parse, contact Support, so we can improve the parser.

Create a snippet from this and replace the occurences with an include block.

Separated parser support block into snippet (#58)

Fixes: #56 

A sentence regarding contacting Support is separated into snippet for
the sake of reusability.
Only existing instances are modified, might include to other parser
pages as well.

'parser' property must be defined in page front matter for this to work
properly, e.g.

parser: fortigate
