* made the file hashing for the manifest more reliable
* made the PKI file size parsing code more reliable,
at the cost of calling out to sed
* made sure that the code mangling syslog.pp.conf is
only run when the file is available
* restructured some find commands' logic

* now gathering netstat -lunp output (to see UDP queue sizes
in decimal)
* now gathering top outputs where available, and some similar
combined command outputs where not
* now gathering sar CPU and disk statistics, where available

Fixed bugs in the area of file size parsing for the PKI CSV and hash generation for the manifest
Also added the outputs of top, netstat -lunp, and sar (CPU and disk)
