this is relevant if a mysql config file looks like this:

$ cat /etc/mysql/conf.d/safe_updates.cnf
[mysql]
safe-updates
init-command="SET @SQL_SAFE_UPDATES=1"

mysql cli will fail to connect to ProxySQL Admin
