System Transparency is distributed among different entities.
- Firmware on the host machine including a special bootloader
- Operating System located at a remote provisioning server
Thereby System Transparency relys on robust open source projects. The core implementatinon is the stboot bootloader. The operating system is packed among other metadata in a so called bootball.
