Update dock article (#1178)

* Update images and renaming article

* Remove Ubuntu 16.04 section as it is no longer supported

* Add back Dash to Dock

* Add content

* Update images and remove old ones

* Rename article to fix link

* Fix lint issue

* Fix lint issue and address feedback

* Remove Dash to Dock installation and instead use dconf editor

* Correct position of the default dock for Ubuntu and Pop!_OS and adjust other content

+Since both Ubuntu Dock and COSMIC Dock are based on Dash to Dock they have the same settings which can be changed using <u>dconf editor</u>. This can be installed either though the <u>Pop!\_Shop</u> (if you are on Pop!\_OS), <u>Ubuntu Software</u> (if you are on Ubuntu) or with this command on either OS:
