SQL Tasks 2.0.0

SQL Tasks 2.0 is a complete overhaul of an already successful concept. You can now add any number of actions to a task, there's a lot more actions available, and the UI has been greatly improved as well. Your tasks from version 1.0.0 should be automatically converted during the upgrade, and you should still be able to import old tasks.

Most the of the work here was done by the brilliant people at @greenpeace-cee, specifically by @pfigel.
