fobos intrinsic rules ford

This intrinsic rule is not actually related to the fobos file (it can be executed even without a fobos file), but it is inserted into the rule execution mode because it performs a task not strictly related to the sources building. Indeed, it performs the building of the sources documentation by means of the FORD great tool. Its invocation needs the path to the main project documentation file (see ford documentation for more details)
