Other classes in the standard library using
Vectorwill thus use the new implementation in their tests instead of the old (e.g.VectorMap). Also makes MiMa test binary compatibility between the old and the new implementation since the name is kept (the old implementation has been renamed toOVectorand relevant MiMa exclusions has been added).
