FMI Bench and a number of other tools are missing from the cross-check pages #1

As mentioned in the steering comittee meeting, a number of tools, FMI Bench among them, are missing in the cross-check data files, without apparent reason in terms of the cross-check data being invalid, as far as I can tell (i.e. the data was shown in the automatically generated tables created by Michael Tiller's scripts at the time of conversion from SVN correctly).

I haven't found the canonical script/logic that decides on generation of those files, so if pointed to this, I could investigate further...
