When range is active, selecting time values in the same day is not working properly

If the range option is set to true and I try to select a time frame in the same day, both time values get changed to the second value. When selecting the starting time, the values is set correctly.

But when I try to select the second time value, the first time value gets updated to the same value as the second one.

Also, when you choose a start time, close the picker modal and reopen it to select the end time, only the start value changes, while the end time remains at the start value.

Testing can be done here in this sandbox
