Transfer Matrix Method tool v0.1

First release of the transfer matrix method tool. This version is stable enough to deserve a release, it provides the basic capabilities of the TMM and can be used both as a stand alone tool or as a python package. For installation and usage guidelines please refer to the documentation on the main page.
