Finally! Now that USB CDC console support for the RP2040 has been added to zeptoforth, and support for the RP2040 is reasonably complete, this is as good a time as ever to declare a release 1.0.0. (Note that you will want the bin/1.0.0/rp2040/zeptoforth_full_usb-1.0.0.uf2 binary to get the USB CDC console for the RP2040.)
