Revise TDVT workbook

As part of hackathon, I made some changes to the TDVT workbook to fix some pet peeves I have on it, most of these are changes I make locally every time. I ended up massively simplifying the workbook instead of my original attempt to add more detailed views and fix existing ones - in my experience reviewing TDVT results, having the one table of test cases with the useful columns and good filters is more useful in this case than lots of dashboards.

Changes:

• Fixed a couple duplicate columns
• Removed some dashboards/sheets I found confusing and not useful, they seemed unfinished and redundant. Now the only tabs are the main overview and the details tab
• Added many useful columns to the details tab, like the functions the test uses, the test name, and the priority. Also added these as filters.
