Cannot unflag an app

Even if historically it will show that the app has been flagged in the past, I think we should be able to unflag apps(basically removing the highlight that they've been flagged as well as removing them from the flagged category).

Yes, that's a good point, @neynah . Do you want the admin to be able to remove all flags by clicking on the "Flag" button on this page? We could have a modal confirm to make sure it doesn't happen accidentally.

@richsilv Yes, let's have the ability to remove the flagged status, but perhaps leaving the flag history/notes would be useful.
