Mobile Layout on iPhone 5s #237

On mobile (iPhone 5s) the following issues are present:

When an app has no ratings, 'Be the first to rate' takes up two lines and therefore pushes the Install button outside of the container at the bottom
When an app has ratings, the green bar overflows out of the right hand side of the container
The welcome banner at the top looks like buttons that can be clicked - I'm not 100% sure what it is for
The search box is not visible in the header

Generally though, it looks great. Good work!
