[bug] The longest but not the latest css applied.

It doesn't make sense, that if you write mb3 then in some case margin bottom needs to be zero, so you write a conditional mb0, somehow it doesn't work.

I wrote a codesandbox, and it seems only the longest measure applies rather than the latest, which doesn't make any sense to me, since it is not how css supposed to work.

Ok, I understand it is pretty silly because ma0 class is written before ma3 in css, so that's exactly how css works. But this is a problem.
