Update mailing list coordinates

With no more pgFoundry, list is now at lists.postgresql.org.

This updates the POM, but for the gmane address, for which no
actual URI may be useful (Lars Ingebrigtsen isn't even sure any
browsers even understand nntp: or news: URIs anymore). Maven
seems uncomplaining about non-URI free text in an otherArchive
element, so that will do for now.
