Issue with DB user on docker compose #47

ERROR 1396 (HY000) at line 1: Operation CREATE USER failed for 'root'@'%'

received this error on docker-compose up when deploying the default

The screenshot is attached - Any hints would be helpful

Note: DB password is set in .env
