리엑트를 사용해서 만든 todolist
정규과정 시작 전에 만들어봤습니다.
useLocalstorage 를 이용하여 다크모드 상태를 로컬에 저장, 새로고침해도 기억하도록 수정하였습니다.
scss를 사용하여 html의 속성 변경을 감지, css의 변수를 바꿔주며 다크모드를 구현하였습니다.
