Add options to upload files to Google Cloud Storage

Please add options to upload files to Google Cloud Storage.

1. Directly using a command for local files.
2. Indirect by using a command option like "todrive" that uploads the output of a command to Google Cloud Storage ("togcs").
3. Transfer from Drive or Shared Drive to GCS.

Sure, just some additional context we have customers that are looking to backup Google Drives / Shared Drives to Google Cloud Storage, and then use Google Cloud Storage to do additional transfers as needed.

Right now they don't have an automagic way to copy the files and folders to GCS. Permissions don't have to be maintained on the file, but if a txt file was generated that included what they were as an optional flag that would be a nice touch.
