Question about the air brush in Tahoma

Bug Description

I don't know if this is normal in Tahoma but the airbrush looks very weird in nature compared to other airbrushs in other software.
For example krita airbrush:

krita.mp4

Example 2 Tahoma airbrush:

tahoma.2d.mp4

This are the video I recorded to show the problem. The airbrush in Tahoma creates this circles that doesn't look right, and it also laggy when used at large size.
