Bug Description

When Link Flipbooks is enabled seeking to a stop frame with Next Drawing causes the Color Model window to seek back a frame.

Steps to reproduce

Create an animation that ends in a stop frame.
Apply a color model to the animation that has multiple drawings.
Seek to the stop frame on the xsheet with the Next Drawing command.
